Meet your Guide: Maiya Hartness
Maiya is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Nationally Board Certified Health Coach with over a decade of experience helping people in high-pressure roles find clarity and reach their goals. She has worked with firefighters, veterans, and executives - people who are used to carrying a lot - and brings both the science and the warmth to every session she leads.
A military veteran herself, Maiya is deeply passionate about community, well-being, and helping people show up as their best selves. When she's not coaching, you'll find her hiking, working out, salsa dancing, or volunteering with her family. She lives by one motto: practice what you preach.
