Goodpath’s care programs address both a primary condition and its contributing factors through a combination of personalized treatments, paced to individual needs. Our whole-person approach also supports the management of co-existing conditions concurrently.
Low back pain
Weight Management
Excess weight is a driver of musculoskeletal issues such as back pain. Goodpath offers dedicated care to help people achieve a healthier weight through customized nutrition counseling, tailored exercises and behavioral coaching.
Ergonomic guidance
Sitting, standing, and moving improperly can all cause pain. A program may include posture support devices, ergonomics counseling, or core exercises to address this.
Mental health care
Stress, anxiety and depression can occur with low back pain. Personalized care may include online therapy, as well as relaxation and mindfulness practices.
Sleep support
Poor sleep can increase strain, which worsens back pain, which worsens sleep. Goodpath stops the cycle by helping to establish good sleep hygiene practices, and offering care such as cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
