About the Job:
Coaching is an integral part of the Goodpath client experience. We are looking to hire a health coach who can deliver a best-in-class, medically-oriented coaching experience, helping our clients achieve the best possible outcomes toward better whole-person health. While this will be a part-time job at the outset, there is a path to full time as we continue to launch with additional employers and your caseload grows.
The coach will:
Manage programs for a member panel with musculoskeletal pain, sleep, digestive, mental health, cancer survivorship, and weight and diabetes management issues to help them achieve better results
Conduct telehealth visits focused on behavioral coaching and Goodpath program adherence
Review health content for quality and patient understanding and providing feedback to other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with other coaches and team members
Utilize your specific clinical training and background to help define best standards for coaching and delivery of a novel digital health product
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s health sciences degree in nursing, advanced practice (NP, PA), behavioral psychology, nutrition, physical therapy or equivalent
3+ years experience in direct patient care, such as in in physical therapy clinic, cardiac rehab, inpatient hospital setting, outpatient hospital setting, nutrition counseling
Excellent communication and written skills
The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
The desire to be an integral part of a team passionate about healthcare innovation
The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's health science degree
Experience providing telehealth
2+ years experience in health coaching
NBC-HWC Coaching Certification
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly rate: $25-$35
